I know that having the government intervene more in our health insurance seems like more of a step in a socialism direction but were we already going that direction anyway with car insurance AND we did already have medicare and medicaid. ive searched and searched and searched, after all im being dropped by state farm insurance cause i became a financial risk for them.... its not my fault i had 3 car crashes in 6 months.... anyway the best rates i got so far are.... $200 a month for basic and $553 for full coverage on a 93 chevy van POS.... no im not joking my rates were $130 for full coverage with state farm b4 all these accidents..... god help me im in michigan if that helps anyone else.... i really need a fast answer cause i got 3 days to get new insurance

Young driver getting a new car, insurance?

Me and my fiance are buying a new car, im 20 and hes 22. Its a 2010 Mazda 3. We already went to the dealership and got a good price on it and even 0% financing. Signed all the papers and now we are looking at getting insurance but its putting us back a little bit. The car is all ready to go but not until we have insurance. Any ideas on good cheap insurance or are we basically screwed?

Car Insurance Renewal price difference?

My car insurance is due today with Admiral .. I took out a renewal quote through comparison website and as I was planning to change my car initially I didn't renew it in advance. Now I checked online again but it wouldn't give me previous quotes and is giving a higher price(abt 300 more) When I give another renewal date e.g 25th then its again cheaper. My question is If I can't get a cheaper price for now . Is it possible to renew it after few days instead? Does that affect insurance as I know if you don't have insurance then premium costs is same as for new drivers but I recall some one telling me that one can have a month insurance break without affecting their renewal rate?
